Installation Instructions:

  1. Add Food
  2. Press the lid button to open and add food
  3. Add Desiccant
  4. Take off the lid, open the desiccant box, place the desiccant, and close it
  5. Install the Food Bowl
  6. Place the bowl on the ground and secure the main body, as shown
  7. Power On: Connect the charging cable to the power supply and the type-C charging port at the bottom of the feeder
  8. Add pet dry food and put on the lid (Suitable for 4-12mm (0.16-0.47 inches) diameter dry food)

How to Connect the APP:

  1. Download the "ROJECO" APP from the App Store or Android App Market
  2. Select "+Add Device" on the home page, and connect the device as prompted
  3. Ensure Bluetooth is on during the initial network connection
  4. Scan the code to download the "ROJECO" APP

How to Schedule Feeding Plan by APP: Set the feeding plan in the APP after connecting; it will automatically feed as scheduled and provide feeding records.

How to Manual Feeding: Double click the manual feeding button to dispense one portion (about 5g) each time. (Controlled by the APP as well)

How to Reset WiFi Connection: Hold the feeding button for 5 seconds; the WiFi/Bluetooth indicator will flash quickly, indicating a successful reset.

Q1: Why is network connecting not successful? 

  1. Confirm whether it is tourist mode; register for the APP account first.
  2. Ensure the correct network password is entered.
  3. Use a 2.4G WiFi network; this product does not support 5G.
  4. Ensure WiFi is in good condition; keep the distance within 20 meters for optimal connection.

Q2: Why cannot the device be searched? 

If the device is not found after booting, press the feeding button for 6 seconds and then search again.

Q3: Why is no food dispensed? 

  1. Check if there is enough remaining food.
  2. Ensure the pet food is dry; this product supports only dry food.
  3. Add no more than 20% lyophilized food with a size less than 12 mm.
  4. Confirm the feeding channel is not full to avoid reducing the number of feeding portions.
  5. If the feeder is stuck, clean it before continuing use.

Q4: Why does it not work after power supply? 

  1. Check if the plug is correctly connected to the power supply.
  2. Ensure the machine is connected via the type-C charging port without issues.
  3. Verify if the power indicator light is on normally.
